Authenticity Guarantee & Return Policy

We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. If an item is proven to be inauthentic by a verified third-party service, we will issue a full 100% refund, including all shipping fees.

To initiate an authenticity return, you must provide:

• A formal Certificate of Inauthenticity from an approved luxury authenticator (e.g., Entrupy, Real Authentication).
• Clear documentation matching the specific serial number or date code of the item purchased.
• The item in its original, unaltered condition with all attached security tags intact.
• Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Because we process orders so quickly, cancellations are only permitted through the app within one hour of purchase.
